From what I've found, it's not 100% supported. You can only save it to your browser bookmarks (can't save it as an app in your library) and it doesn't automatically open in VR mode. It goes to the website first.
So it's basically just an offline mode for web pages, which isn't the same thing as a PWA. I'm very disappointed.
