Hi all! Thanks for submitting and voting for this idea.
We recently added the ability to adjust the Guardian sensitivity, which you can find in the settings menu while in VR.
Since this idea is a bit more expansive in terms of what is being asked for, we’re going to leave this open for voting. We hope you enjoy the new Guardian settings that have been added in the meantime!

During the Setup process, allow me to rotate my play space after "pointing" the controller at the monitor screen, A lot of time I miss this by enough to matter (sensors in opposite corners of the room), and then need to do the whole "trace" your play space step again, and try pointing at the screen again.

From Other Suns had a similar type feature (and I've seen another in similar feature in another game demo). But a button on an "expandable" wrist watch that could be clicked to open/close the window would be nice.

The wrist watch vanishes for me as soon as I close the oculus settings menus. I'm assuming that is because it is still beta. Would be nice to have it in the home, and even in games.
Played Seeking Dawn last night for the first time, and they had forearms and hands ingame. If the watch could be expanded into a forearm bracer as we add/toggle desired features THAT would be COOL!

As someone mentions a present box in oculus home, that could have selectable wrapping (christmas, birthday, generic, etc) when purchased, and a top that one would remove and the gift "floats" up out of.
I would buy friends gifts just so they could experience that!Henry Schade supported this idea ·
Agree with the lighting ideas. If I place a lamp have it provide added lighting if it is on vs off. Allow me to ?dim? turn on/off the over head lights.
An expanded idea to above, similar to the doorway gateways that can link to other places, add gateway portals/ arches (like in a normal house) that can be connected to other "rooms". It would be REAL cool if when I "teleport" through it takes me there rather than having to click on the "Go to" button.
