Yeah this needs to be added. When I'm about to fire up Assetto Corsa or Project Cars 2, I really don't use my Touch controllers. Mouse should always work (alternatively) in Oculus menus, even if Touch controllers are nearby.
It doesn't need a menu option, just support both at all times. When Touch is in use, mouse will be overridden. But mouse should always respond. Keyboard, not that important for me since I just want to point and click stuff in the Oculus home. I wouldn't see my KB anyway, but mouse is easy to use without seeing it (I have to do it in Assetto Corsa game menus anyway, so...)
