    I think that Oculus should clarify the use of sideloading in general.

    At the very least Oculus should set up a clear method of dealing with infractions. Just saying that users may be hit with anything from a warning to a law enforcement action doesn't really tell users much. Users should know that they will get a warning first, what kind of response they are expected to make, how things can escalate, etc.

    Sideloading is currently an important part of the Quest ecosystem. I think it would be foolish for Oculus to kill it, but it's fine to police it. If people know exactly what's right and what's wrong (including examples) and how Oculus really deals with infractions, that would be very helpful.

    In general, I think it would be a nice idea to add a fitness mode to the Quest. It would add another market for the device.

    While the idea of forcing the expenditure of calories before playing non-exercise games is a fine option, I think that there could be quite a few other aspects:

    Add calorie tracking. Put that value in a highly visible place in the interface.

    Distinguish between exercise apps and other apps. This could possibly be automatic, by tracking the amount of exercise that users get from an app. This could also give a score to the apps of how effective they are for exercise.

    Put the exercise apps at the top of the home/library. Overlay them with figures such as use time - average, last day, today - and estimated energy burn.

    Add global achievements for exercise, beyond what the apps might provide.

    What I'd like to see is a second controller with a thumb stick. Having given some thought to control on the Go, I realised that two similar controllers will cause a problem because of the lack of tracking. The headset will not be able to tell which is held in the left and which in the right, which will cause some trouble with the body model. With two distinct controllers, both user and headset will be able to tell which is left and which is right (which could be configured in the settings).

    A controller with a thumbstick will of course be quite useful for many types of games.

    I might post more about this some time as a separate idea.

    At the very least, offer a discount for Go buyers on the Quest version. I don't expect full cross-buy if the Quest version has more features (that would allow buying it for cheap), but I also don't want to have to pay again for a title I already bought on the Go.

    Agreed. I liked what Microsoft did with "Creators Collection". It's a side part of the Xbox Store, these games aren't highlighted, and they are also somewhat limited in the platform features they can use, but it did open the Xbox up to all devs.

    Definitely. It's really hard to find anything in the not install section on the store when browsing it on the Go, and there's absolutely no point that I'll have the Fail Factory demo listed if I already own Fail Factory.

    It would be nice to provide a way to move things our of the section and keep only things there's a chance I'd like to reinstall later, or haven't reinstalled yet.

    Also for some reason new stuff I buy doesn't appear at the top.

    Or Oculus could offer multiple users, which is what consoles have done for a while. So even if there aren't multiple game save slots, different users will have their own save file.

    But yes, this is something that needs to be done. There will be a lot of Quest sharing.
