Great idea Lex, would love to see clip-on headphones with a style like that of the Rift's or the Valve Index. This would be an optional add-on that people can choose to buy, not included with the headset.
I believe this would sell well even at a premium price, allowing Oculus to recoup some of the losses they're likely taking on in an attempt to subsidize the headset itself.
