A battery pack attached to the rear strap does wonders to improve the comfort of the headset. It seems like it's the front-heavy weight that's the cause of the comfort issues.

The strap hurts my head too. I've added padding to it to make it more comfortable.
An official padding kit for the rear triangle would be great, one that attaches with velcro. It could even have a slot to fit a battery pack.
A deluxe audio strap would be nice though.

Hi all! Thanks for submitting and voting for this idea.
As part of the build 7.0 update that is rolling out this week, we’ve improved the overall performance of Guardian and added the following new features:
- If your Guardian boundaries are too sensitive, you can adjust them from the Guardian settings page.
- If you need to adjust your floor height, you no longer have to reset your Guardian. Instead, you can make adjustments right from your Guardian settings page.
- You can now set multiple Guardians in the same room and switch between them.Since this idea is a bit more expansive in terms of what is being asked for, we’re going to leave this open for voting for now. We hope you enjoy the new Guardian settings that have been added in the meantime!

I'm getting this too - compared to rift the world scale is too small, leading to characters and environments being less impressive or immersive.
This is especially noticeable in Vader Immortal where your hands seem smaller compared to the Rift, and Darth Vader is much more imposing in the Rift version as he seems much bigger.
It's become more obvious now that Oculus Link is out and we can directly compare how PC VR games look, and games like Project Cars 2 have noticably smaller cockpits and UI on the Quest.
