Okay, for a while, I did not feel the need to vote for this. But with the recent torrent of free content on App Lab to "check out" or "try," my library is now bloated with titles I will never use. It would indeed be very convenient if we could optionally remove titles from our library.

There are two main things to consider when exploring advertising in-headset in VR. The first is that very few people will tolerate ads within paid apps. Many users understand the free-to-play, ad supported business model, and if done right, I believe the Oculus VR community may tolerate that.
The second is the implementation and impact on user experience. Obviously, ads in VR should NEVER be obtrusive, break immersion, or obstruct gameplay. Many users agree that specific products, services, and brands that "fit the atmosphere" of a particular game or experience could be well tolerated. However, this requires a much more selective approach than just offering a rectangle in your SDK that developers can insert and which will serve a targeted ad to the user. This would require developers to hand-select specific brands to appear in their game - more of a product placement. Players are not going to want to squad up in Population One and then see an ad for adult diapers or drain cleaner. Things like energy drinks or athleticwear or VR accessories are going to have a better fit in most games.
Please tread carefully with ads so as not to trash the reputation of VR within the general public as one giant advertising gimmick. Thanks for taking this feedback into consideration.

Especially with the sunsetting of Oculus accounts, this is critical for use cases like schools, libraries, and hospitals. Organizations like these are likely not interested in using custom enterprise software, like a business might be. These organizations want to use the consumer Oculus app store, which is unavailable through Oculus for Business. It would be unreasonable for for a school to have a classroom set of 15 Quests and volunteer 15 teachers to sign into the devices with their personal Facebook account. The game library would be tied to that person. What if the teacher quits or retires?
I would suggest a special non-profit organization account be made available. NPO's could go through a verification process, register the hardware they have, and be granted a special account with which to log into their headsets. They could be given tax exempt purchases in the Oculus store, and possibly even be offered bulk licensing of software for multiple headsets.

For capturing and sharing gameplay moments with friends and family or on social media, this is critical. Most of the time, you want to be able to narrate or commentate along with the gameplay footage. Currently, in order to do this, you need to use a separate microphone and voice recording software on a phone or PC, and then use video editing software to combine the commentary audio with the gameplay footage/audio - a very tedious process, especially if you don't need to edit anything else.
Even if it requires external headphones to be plugged in to avoid audio feedback, and even if it necessarily takes the microphone channel away from multiplayer games, it would be fantastic if this was at least an option for capturing internal recordings!

I would have preferred to see the "Go Live" feature improved rather than done away with. Consider that these shortcomings may be why the feature saw little use:
- The ability to Go Live to a Facebook Gaming Creator Page, rather than just a profile
- Better streaming quality
- The ability to Go Live to Twitch or YouTube
The above enhancements could drastically increase exposure of the Quest to the multitudes of gaming livestream viewers on the internet.
