    I am experiencing this same exact issue for months with no resolution, no response for the tickets I filed and feeling utterly frustrated with my experience to date.

    I am extremely disappointed with the inability to contact Oculus directly. We spent money on this product and you don't even provide a phone number to call for support?

    "Community support" is something I would expect from a free, open-source product, not a $400.00 product!
