This is what tipped me over the edge to buy and Oculus Quest 2 for my wife.
It's absolutely ridiculous that Oculus refuses to give the referral credit AND that there is no way to talk to a manager via phone.
I'm done doing business with Oculus. They have lost my business for anything in the future with these horrendous, anti-consumer practices.
