Hearing of ads coming to the Quest 2 was a major disappointment, ads on Facebook, sure. Its a free app. There should not be ads coming to a headset nor games that are paid for.

The Quest 2 community does not want interrupting / distracting ads during game play.

In mobile gaming, free to play games have ads, but paid for games do not as you've supported the developers through purchasing the game.

Blaston is the first of 3 games to have ads, and it costs $11.99.

Users hope that the ads will be in the background, (on posters, TV's, banners, etc) that will still be distracting, but atleast not disruptive to game play.

But many have concerns that the ads will start subtle, then slowly get disruptive to gameplay and turn many off of the games they loved or put out a premium subscription for no ads on top of an already paid for game.

We do understand ads were coming but please do not disrupt our game play or run non-gaming related ads.

We don't want to see an ad for a car or snowpants while playing ECHO VR.

Please note, many are thinking of switching to the competition if our experience is hindered by your ads.

The Quest 2 community is hoping you hear our concerns and will take them into consideration.
