An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Miracast is supported by almost all smart TVs except android TVs which are not as popular. This is a common standard that has been around for a long time now. Apple air play and miracast should be a basic functionality that was included.

An error occurred while saving the comment I agree, I don't want to own any google chromecast devices. I only own Roku devices and would think this is basic functionality... Roku TVs are very common for inexpensive smart TVs. Samsung phones still support miracast. Lots of other smart TVs still use miracast as well expect for android TVs which are obviously chromecast. The fact that Google basically snuffed out Miracast by dropping support for it in favor of their own seems very anti-competition like to me.

Hi all! Thanks for submitting and voting for this idea.
As part of the build 7.0 update that is rolling out this week, we’ve improved the overall performance of Guardian and added the following new features:
- If your Guardian boundaries are too sensitive, you can adjust them from the Guardian settings page.
- If you need to adjust your floor height, you no longer have to reset your Guardian. Instead, you can make adjustments right from your Guardian settings page.
- You can now set multiple Guardians in the same room and switch between them.Since this idea is a bit more expansive in terms of what is being asked for, we’re going to leave this open for voting for now. We hope you enjoy the new Guardian settings that have been added in the meantime!

This is such a basic and essential feature I don't understand why they aren't implementing it. A lot of people hate google enough to not own a chrome cast dongle. Why would I want to spend the money on chrome cast anyways when my Roku has built in miracast.
