I also do not, and never will, have a Facebook account. I complained, but they refused to listen or even acknowledge my complaint.
As I understand it, the full functionality of the device I bought in good faith is now – over a year later – being held *******, and will indeed be sacrificed, if I do not meet the demands of joining a social media platform.
I understand it for new customers. They know what they are getting themselves into. I, however, bought this with no such stipulations attached.
A Facebook account was not a pre-requisite for full functionality.
When my device loses functionality because I refuse to give in to unreasonable and despicable demands, I believe I am entitled to compensation.
Oculus / Facebook refused to acknowledge this and instead directed me to this forum. I am disgusted.Galsia supported this idea ·
