Customer service is terrible
Your customer service is terrible. I need warranty work and I’m still waiting on someone to respond. I like your idea of sending pics and describing the problem but you need to call people back. No idea you did this and it’s wrong.

Are you saying you will not support Oculus and that you prefer HTC Vive over them for the rest of your life because you think Oculus' customer support is terrible? Cause it sounds like you are!
