Have user profiles so families can share a Quest and we can demo it to guests. Most games don't have save slots so if you had user profiles in Home we could have multiple saves.
A guest account is needed at the least.
Yes, visitors account would be great, for letting people try the quest, without compromising privacy.

Could work by having a master account (the main user account) and temporary sub accounts tied to it.

It's basic option , every home device should have one

Would very much appreciate this option.
This please, I really want to get 18 rated games but don't want my kids to have access to them.
Loving the Quest, but the lack of profiles is doing us in.

Yes, also Please Please come up with a way to enable LOCAL CO-OP for homes with multiple devices. I have a Rift and Quest. Id be prepared to buy two instances but games such as Orbus Vr bind to account. I bought quest thinking I’d be able to play with my misses. Only been able to play Rec room together so far.

A system like the ones numerous consoles have developed would be great. It definitely seems like an obvious solution, I'm genuinely surprised that Oculus hasn't put some effort into it yet.

This is my most wanted feature, by FAR. There are five of us in the house with only one Quest. Some games work well enough with a single user, but we aren't even buying games like OrbusVR or Super Hot until there can be more than one user profile. I realize we're spoiled, coming from the Nintendo Switch, but the single user account/profile thing is a huge limitation.

Branding the quest to only one user is a deal killer. This device is purchased for the family not just one person.
This is not only useful for families, but for development - it's common to need to switch profiles to test save games, progression etc., and the current flow of needing to factory reset the device creates more friction than is really necessary.

As a multi-quest family, we want to do multiplayer games without having them purchase repeatedly as this is extremely expensive. Have multiple accounts that link to a single store account.

Multiple user profiles would be ideal so people could track progress independently on different games. Seems like this would be a no brainer on the front end.

This! Yes! I have two sons that want to play, but I wont let them on SuperHot because I don't want them messing with my progress.
At the very least implement a "Guest Mode" so that when we demo the device to someone else, we aren't in danger of them ruining/advancing our game saves.
This is essential to the success of this device, the more we are able to demo it comfortably to friends/family, the more devices you will sell and the more games will be purchased!

I wanted to let my girlfriend play Superhot but it was pretty annoying that she had to go from where I was, and couldn't make a device-locked profile to demo the game. Upvoted for sure.
