Thanks again for voting for this idea! We have added the ability to play Rift content on Quest with Oculus Link, available now in Beta! Check out the blog post for more details: https://www.oculus.com/blog/play-rift-content-on-quest-with-oculus-link-available-now-in-beta/
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the feature to appear within your headset. If you still do not see the feature after that time, please reboot your Quest headset and log out and back into your account on the Oculus PC software.
This would be a dream even if I already ordered the Rift S
I don't think this is possible, based on the hardware inside. You would need a physical controller inside the headset for this to work. And I'm pretty sure that John Carmack said they decided not to include this in Quest V1, but maybe in quest 2?

ALVR is your friend
This is basically asking for a newly designed headset.

It's not that easy.
Too late to ask for this mits not supported on the hardware level. Maybe for Quest 2.

Riftcat could easily be a great solution to use Quest for PC VR, provided Oculus added a USB tethering option within Settings. Using ADB to manually trigger the Android settings screen works, but clicking on anything results in a black screen.

I saw someone on Twitter mention they got it working on the app they are developing. Would love if this got official support!
this has already been asked and it won't happen, sorry...
