More custom settings for the main screen in the dome room
My initial impression of the default main screen is that it's too high and too close. Sometimes I find myself straining my neck to look up to see it all. Sometimes it's no problem at all. And sometimes it's perfect. However, my position in my own environment changes and because of that my angle of viewing the mainscreen does too. I know we can adjust the screen left, right, and up. But there is a fixed "base" position. Can we have more control over that base? Also the "zoom" or size of the screen should be adjustable too.

Download Oculus Browser possible bug fix
I noticed that downloading videos above 2GB in Oculus Browser doesn't actually result in download completion. Was this intended or am I missing something?

Better handling of Proximity when both the Headset and the Controllers are in the 'guardian trigger zone'
Hi,
There currently is a problem with the way Guardian handles proximity when both the controllers and the Headset are in close proximity of the boundary.
Currently:
When the Headset is close to the boundary, the fading-in degree of the guardian boundary is Exclusively related to how close the Heaset is to the boundary.What does that mean?
If the headset is not close to the border, then guardian works fine. When controllers approach the boundary shows. As expected.But when the headset is making the guardian appear, the fading degree will NOT be affected by how close the controllers…

Passthru controller markings for Right Left controller are the same
In passthru view in Polish language version both controllers are marked "P" as in "Prawy" meaning Right. There should be one "P"- Right one "L"-Left

Try to patch xhelper malware
Symantec warning
To reset smartphone is useless. Android auto reinstall xhelper.
There is not in the app store yet, but other malware could take advantage from that Android's bug for persistence.

Store router Wifi Signal strength and assign to Guardian Layouts
so Quest knows what part of the house I am in for stored Guardian layouts.

Smear the pointer
I noticed the pointer on YouTube vr has almost motion blur, it kind of stretches as you move it around. I think that would look nice on the oculus quest home page as well. With the low refresh rate it looks kind of choppy at the moment.

В данный момент недоступна функция трансляции изображения со шлема виртуальной реальности на Chromcast из приложения виртуальной реальности. Я должен на телефоне указать приложению транслировать на Chromcast. причём, как я понимаю, телефон на данном этапе участвует лишь в качестве пульта управления.
Мне как уверенному пользователю кажется что это атовизм.
Прошу Вас рассмотреть возможность организации трансляции изображения из приложения виртуальной реальности, непосредственно на Chromcasеt, исключив из цепочки телефон, пусть я и должен буду выйти на нём из приложения.1 vote -
ASW3 for TV/Monitor games too. Sony could be interested on exchange technology
Sony probably is interested on 30->60 FPS with a better technique than ASW2 for all their games, for TV and xR (VR with 72->144)

Camera support for the quest
It is amazing how great the oculus quest tracks just by itself but it could be even better if you were able to also pair it with the cameras you use for previous systems to assist with tracking. It can easily stand for itself but for people that want to truly dedicate time towards this device would benefit and SPEND more if you allowed it to be “upgraded” with these cameras and be assisted with a pc kinda like it is with the side loader application. Thank you for your time!

Point Oculus Touch controllers downwards to start moving forward in direction looking
You would be able to point Oculus Touch controllers downwards to start moving in direction looking as if you were actually walking. It’s more smoother than the action by using the thumb stick. It’s perfect for us all who doesn’t have a large play area for the Quest but still able to move 360 degrees around with arm lengths around

Fixed guardien, real live point = game ponit
If you play creed or richies plank experience, the plank aren't always in same position, sometimes the plank are out of the guardien zone, I want a option to fix game ponit withe room point. So your orientation is better and your game and room Kontroll is more stable.

Ability to reset controller connections in Home
A lot of Quest users have the problem of their controllers getting stuck in a game with no tracking or rotation but the buttons still work. Sometimes it will be both controllers but usually, it is only one and would be easily fixed if quest users could reset the controllers from the home screen or by having a macro with the touch controller buttons (say for example: holding down the universal menu button and the Oculus button).

Refresh button for folder contents
When I upload VR videos into the onboard memory, sometimes I have to add or edit the designators at the end to indicate LR / 180 / 360. I make these edits on my computer while connected to the Quest via USB, but the file names listed by the video player on the Quest do not change.
I have to exit the Video Player completely, then restart it so that it can register the changes and display the file correctly.
Having a Refresh button would be much easier.2 votes -
Improve the Guardian when controllers move out of the field of vision
The guardian walls always pop up when I swing both arms at the same time out of the view of the tracking cameras. In Beat Saber for example it always happens when I stretch both arms to the opposite sides at the same time while looking ahead or when I swing both arms down and slightly behind myself. And it doesn't matter how big my play space is.

SMAA before downsampling, then super sampled SMAA. Maybe need Vulkan
Thinking about post process filters only works on final image withouth downsampling benefits.
Could it give better quality than MSAA x4 and filter alpha textures?
Would be about x3 faster than MSAA x4 i think
Fast combo with sharpen filter before downsampling too

Universal sharpen filter in home settings menu
Some people prefers to have sharpened image.
In some films film grain could be ugly, but in vr desktop style apps could improve streamed texts.2 votes -
