Storage Improvement for 64G Users / Refund
Hey folks, I don't know who about you, but I feel a bit harmed by Oculus and action with Rls of 128G verion instead of cheapy 64. I have spoke with Support and they stated: Users and Buyers are responsible for which version they are buying - I get the point, however I have bought my Quest on December last year - That time Oculus was not even mentioning about releasing new version - Not speaking about replacing it with 64G... So it means that I have overpaid for cheap version - Cause in next month you will be able to buy 128G for almost same price - Instead of this I cannot do refund of my headset - Also Oculus is not giving an option to increase Storage of the Users Headsets - Which is becoming more complicated after every update of the each game, day after day.
Please put something in the community that you already have than just buying new one Oculus! We are still here and I hope everyone will agree with me that such strategy is just unfair for ppl who bought 64G for same price - And your only one ACE card is: buyer is deciding which version they want to buy.... - Shame on you
