A "Helpful" button for the Developer Responses, not just for the reviews themselves.
I like to read the ratings and reviews. The best AND the WORST!
I HATE that some reviews aren't even readable on some games and Demos. Maybe because the reviews are so terrible that they've shut them off to help sales. ( i.e. Creed reviews via the Quest 2 are not visible).
But on some games that look very interesting to me, I will still read the reviews, no matter how bad they are. Some reviews are kind of OLD, and the Developers Responses are fantastic. Some saying how they've updated things people gave negative reviews on earlier and haven't come back to re-evaluate things, or updated the review.
For instance: I've been Watching BLASTON for a while now. It had negative reviews because you couldn't play BOTS. Reading this, I tended to avoid the purchase.
BUTT... Reading the reviews again, it shows a Developer HAS made changes that now allow BOT Battles in the game.
Since I read that Developers responses, I see they are active, and have fixed things I had previously disliked. I will now buy TWO copies. One for me, and One so I can beat the heck out of my Daughter and Grand kids in a game we haven't played yet :)
THIS is why I think A "Helpful" button for Developer Replies would be very Useful. Maybe even some type of filter on them as well. They'll get some positive feedback, and we will as well.
Another consideration would be a "What's New" or "Latest Updates" section (with dates) in the items store listing. Right now, these aren't really organized in any order, and put under "Summary" usually.
This great info WILL sell more Apps :)
