Come on!!! We ALL know, and hear kids on these things. Yes, you are suppose to be 13 to even have a Facebook account, but 13 is FAR from mature.
Anyone that's been on here has heard the kids and how they talk to other kids, YOUNGER KIDS and even adults. Sure you can can waste time trying to mute individually, or create a bubble for yourself, but what about your children? The ones the parents think they are buying a "SAFE" gaming system for? I have heard so many kids on here using the "N" and "F" word and harassing other kids and adults, it makes me Sick!
All you have to do is read some of the reviews to know people are letting kids as young as 5-7 jump on these things to play some of the games. Some parents are oblivious to this, AND SHOULD BE WARNED!!!
The Oculus is an AMAZING system, but there should be an over-riding parental control that can be implemented. Something that let's the parents actually set and control the under-age account holders;
-- Block all
-- Block all but friends (parent approved)
Block Non Game Audio (other player audio)
13 is not an adult. I'm getting asked "How do I block this and that because my child is talking about playing dangerous games on here", or the kids are hearing disturbing things.
OUR CHILDREN AND GRAND-CHILDREN ~WILL~ PLAY THIS!!!
Many are still impressionable and not yet mature enough to make the right decisions on their own.
