Sometimes the onscreen keyboard gets in the way of looking at webpage, it doesnt make sense (and is distracting) to show it all the time (it's shown any time I focus on a text box until I start typing on my keyboard) when I have a bluetooth keyboard in my hands.

Sometimes people will have a keyboard connected over bluetooth and not know where it is, so for that reason this should be a setting thats off by default.
