Correct your refund policy information
We have two Oculus Quests. We regularly purchase both native Quest games and Rift games that we play via Oculus Link. Recently my son wanted to play SuperHot VR. It was confusing that the Rift version is not shared with the Quest version. I used the website with my laptop, and I ended up purchasing the Rift version by mistake. Then when I set out to get a refund, the information on the support site is not correct. It says:
"Which Device Should I Use to Request a Refund?
To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request from the same device you used to purchase the app. For eligibility, you cannot have cleared your data after purchasing the app, before requesting the refund.
If you purchase content that can be enjoyed on multiple VR devices, the relevant refund policy is the one covering the device you used to purchase the content. For example, if you purchase a game on an Oculus Rift device, then this Policy governs, even if you can play the game on both Samsung Gear VR and Oculus Rift."
This above is not correct. There is no option to request a refund via the purchase history in the website. Instead I had to waste an hour of my time navigating the chat support channel to find out that the only way to actually get the refund is to use the mobile app, and request the refund through the purchase history there.
