When you sell a product, customer has payed “Have it”
I purchased a quest controller via buy now. I was charged and my order went to processing for shipping. Still there after 7 business days. I contacted support and was informed your out of stock and I’ll just have to wait. This because my controller fell of a less than two foot high bed a cracked the ring. I did not rma it because it did not ***** on a seam and although it obviously tells me this may not be a durable product it’s not oculus’s fault. It does still work so that’s good. End of suggestion
