Customer Support should be there to resolve issues in some way shape or form right away, not days or weeks. If you had a more accessible chat with supervisors that can step in and assist that could help but that is not even the case. According to the person in the support chat all is done by email, but if someone is not at their desk or not working then that could delay the process more than it should, and that frustration level builds up quick.
