Headstrap redesign for more comfort like Rift-S or Vive Deluxe Audio
A lot of people have found that the stock Quest headstrap is very uncomfortable after wearing it for a period of time. For some this is as short as 20 minutes. This discomfort can appear as pressure in the cheeks, along the forehead and even pain in the back of the head and neck.
An official strap redesign is needed for Quest to make it more comfortable to wear. Current suggestions / mods on Reddit include better weight distribution by placing a weight on the back or putting additional straps over the top of the Quest to make it sit better. Adding padding and a different facial insert. Swapping the straps for the Vive Deluxe Audio Strap. Swapping the strap for a Halo type strap.

Look at the Vive Deluxe Strap. Sold out everywhere, going for double retail right now on Ebay.
Make a comfortable strap, and people will buy it.

it’s a horrible strap design.

At minimum it should come with padding at the back and an extra padded side to side strap that takes the front weight off.

I already made a guess that the next version of the Oculus Quest device will get some kind of a halo strap like what Rift S has, but with built-in removable headphones so that you can hear the Quest's traditional built-in 3D audio, or swap it with different headphones.

The solution in the Samsung Odyssey+ for wearing the headset is much more comfortable than the current Oculus Quest Headstrap. I have both headsets.
