Time zone adjustment
I don't know how it happened, but about a week after I received my Quest in July the time indicated on my universal menu inexplicably and suddenly started showing the time as four hours ahead of EST/UTC-05:00 (I live in New York, but somehow my Quest thinks it is in the Azores or the Cabo Verde Islands at UTC-01:00). Please make it so that the time/time zone can be adjusted, even if it has to be done via the Oculus app (I use a Samsung Galaxy 9+ phone). Thanks!

This is how I fixed it - I used my phone as a Wi-Fi by share a mobile connection by hotspot or tethering whatever, I started the Quest 2, connected to my phone, opened the Oculus app on my phone, connected to the Quest 2 - go to more options, change language, change the language to whatever, it will ask you to restart quest, you do that and TADAAA! It's fixed! Well, it worked for me and I hope it helps other desperate people like myself who could not find an answer to this anywhere for Oculus Quest 2.

Here is my user voice thread concerning this, please vote. https://oculus.uservoice.com/forums/921937-oculus-quest/suggestions/38065894-allow-to-adjust-time-timezone-without-having-to-fa
Only way to change time was to factory reset or sideload the Side Quest App Launcher, Lauch the Correct Settings App, Changr Time there, and Reboot.
