Ability to back up game save data before factory reset
Currently, a factory reset removes all data including saved game progress. I was just advised by Oculus to perform a factory reset, hoping it would remedy a controller issue that arose immediately after the latest (26/7/19) update. I did back up all of the media on my Quest, but the reset has deleted all of my saved games. So not only do I need to download 10s of gigabytes of game data, I have lost 2 months of progress in every game. Why can't you backup game saves to a PC or cloud server?

Had to do a factory reset due to the issue that my store, bib and home were lost and didn't return... this killed hours of play, and that is annoying! I asked about any possibility to save the game progress somewhere else, but the support told me that there is no way to do that.
So, I lost hours of playing time to an issue that in my opinion was caused by the last update... and this is very frustrating and doesn't throw a good light on the software-section of the quest.

Had to return my Quest for a warranty issue. Did a factory reset before returning. Got the new replacement and expected to continue where I left off, like how Steam saves your game progress files in the cloud. No go. Lost all progress in every game that didn't have it's own account sign-in, which was all but two games. That's 6 months of progress for over a dozen games. Disappointed, but at least it's a fun system to have to redo everything all over again. But still... System was on Ver.10 when I returned it, new system upgraded to Ver.11 as soon as I paired it.
