Ability to erase portions of Guardian when drawing
When creating the Guardian, please allow you to erase some of the edges/area.. Currently if you make a mistake and you overlap the real world, you have to start again.
I would assume you could use one button to draw.. and another to erase...

Either hold X or Y to 'subtract' or a undo/rewind button would be ideal

Totally agree. I like to draw it as perfectly to the edge of the room, not just arbitrarily draw the shape of the room. I don't have surgeon's hand so the shakiness would ***** my drawing. It's annoying having to start all over again

Rewind is the best way to do this. the "B" and "Y" buttons rewind your path. Straight lines and shapes in advaced settings.

I think a "rewind" capability would do the trick. So imagine you're not happy with the line you just drew, then you click on the B button (for instance) in order to rewind the line up to a point you're happy with.

Yes please.

A straight line tool would be terrific, especially if you can also drag the corners around to fine tune your space.
The freeware Guardian Boundary Editor has some good ideas too. Like being able to create and delete nodes along a boundary line so you can adjust it. I use that to create arrows on my boundary that tell me at a glance which way is forward.

For those of us with limited space (not even 2m by 2m), I do like being able to accurately draw the guardian space but 100% agree that just as it's easy to push the gaming area out a bit, so it should be possible to pull it in a bit too. Is this difficult to program? If not it would be excellent!

Yeah, I thought that was possible and surprised when I found out its not.

I usually have to make a lot of guardian boundaries due to the Quest not recognizing the play area fsr, or because it drifts too much. And sometimes it's because I set it wrong, and I cant just edit it, but instead have to make a new one.
I want to have the ability to edit my boundaries if they're too far off, and delete any unnecessary boundary copies I have.

ya - I noticed the same problem - the darwing is easy enough but if you have an odd shaped space you want to map its annoying.

draggable borders or vectors might be a good way to do this. or just an erase tool
