As a new Oculus Quest user I wanted to provide feedback on some suggestions for games. Some games that I believe would improve the Quest experience would be: Minecraft, Gorn, Hotdogs, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades and Vacation Simulator. While I am enjoying the Quest immensely, more game choices would be beneficial. It would also be helpful to move some titles already established with the Rift and Go onto the Quest. Thank you!

Dear sir/mdm,
I would like to suggest on regards for the VR gaming. You all can come out a VR simulation container to have 2 players standing inside to play VR, this container will have real touch, sound effects and maybe even scented. So to provide a truly realistic gaming experience for VR. You all can even come out gauntlet or smart phone watches that we can wear it onto our eyes to turn it into headset. This watches/gauntlets can even be use to control jetpacks in future. As for the direction controls in the games, you all can make floor tiles with 4 arrows and center for standing. When the players intent to move in the games, they just need to step on the tiles on the floor. As for the scented, you all can make like air freshener.

Oculus suggestions:
-Disable guardian option. Very annoying when laying in bed and arms go out of range.
-Change resolution size option. Currently able to do this with custom patch or something. Would be nice to switch resolutions based on what game/app you’re playing. Allow the user to choose how fast they want their battery life to go.
-ability to reposition or move the oculus menu. Sometimes it’s hard to see looking down or laying in bed.
-voice control
-counterweight battery options, designed by oculus
-gloves with sensors inside, instead of controllers. Maybe this will allow full finger tracking. Maybe a combo of both? End goal is ability to “feel” objects in hands/fingers.
-physical guardian dots. Allows you to place 4 or more dots on the ground in areas you play a lot in. Makes it so you don’t have to reset it every time.
-easy ability to plug into computer, for ability to play more graphic intense games. Kinda like a 2 in 1. Oculus should have easy to setup software/hardware for this. Best of both worlds.
-Integrate with Google Stradia. This would be amazing. Some sort of cloud game streaming, so we can play Skyrim and other intense games wirelessly.
-for future models, maybe the headset could be lighter by making some of the computer parts get attached to your body. Like a lightweight vest or something. Or utilize cloud gaming/apps, like Stradia.
-Optional cameras and sensors around the room, for even better tracking in commonly played rooms/areas.

Why is there no chat box available 24/7?
I mean it's a really good investment for u guys since the support that you get on the mail is so slow. -

Store is a little harsh on apps that are approved. An Indie section would open up so much content! How would we ever see something amazing like Pavlov VR?

Some feedback on suggestions would be great, an indication that a suggestion had been read and better yet an indication that work is being done on it, one of the suggestions is for a section in the quests UI that shows known issues and what is being worked on, this would also be very good.

And of course as many Cross Buy apps from the desktop version as possible. I know it’s up the the developers but no one likes to buy things twice

It would be great if I could stream to it from the desktop app without side loading a 3rd party app. So I can play Oculus and Steam VR apps. https://github.com/polygraphene/ALVR/releases

When you leave the guardian, I love how all of a sudden the real world fades into view. The only thing I dislike is as you walk farther away, everything fades to black. I wish we could disable this so I could walk to my fridge and grab a drink for example. Only other request would be to be able to expand the size of the stationary guardian. If i set the parameters while leaning back on the couch, when I lean forward the grid already starts to show up. If I set the parameters while leaning forwards, if I rest my back, the grid starts to show up. I’d also love to be able to set the left controller on the coffee table in front of me without it setting off the guardian, as I mostly only need the right one for stuff like YouTube.

Allow more dark mode features and menus , if ambient light is too weak allow 3dof mode . Allow more general customisation features and settings as the settings is pretty empty , makes you feel like you can't really Taylor the headset to you . Boost the volume via software or something because it's so quiet. Allow more free games and demos . **Allow us to change our home environment majorly , it helps aslot when you can change your home environment . Try allowing livestreaming to twitch or other platform. If the user has a android device allow notifications to be passed through to the headset as a option maybe in developer settings or in normal settings , allow call notifications and incoming call alerts to appear in the top right corner of the headset . Please
