Oculus Quest 2 and Quest
- Companion App: This category is for feedback relating to the Oculus mobile app, specifically for how the mobile app interacts with the Oculus Go platform.
- Core Software: All Oculus Go main menu, navigation, and settings feedback should be left under this category.
- First Party Apps: This category is for in-VR apps created by Oculus, like Venues and Rooms.
- General: Use this category for any feedback that doesn’t fit neatly into one of the other more specific categories.
- Store: The place where all VR app purchasing takes place.

Indie section.
Really could use something like an Indie section. What if something like Pavlov VR wasn't approved? I wouldn't be able to experience something that fun unless I sideloaded? Please let the ideas flow!

Live chat for support or a phone number to call.
New oculus quest worked one time, now it won’t turn on. Submitted service ticket and no response. How about allowing us to talk to a live person or live chat so we can get issues resolved in a timely manner. Right now I have a rather expensive paper weight.

Early Access Store
There's so many games that are in early access and aren't on Oculus Quest store because of strict requirements.
It'd be really great if early access apps were added, but somehow in a way that everyone who downloaded them recognized that they are unfinished so the quality of the Oculus Quest store can maintain it's same standard of quality.
For example; there could be a simple setting that enables these types of apps and provides an explicit warning that they are unfinished.

Make it easier to play/chat with friends
All of the Oculus platforms need a more refined party/friend system. It can be very frustrating trying to play online multiplayer games with friends. It’s most evident in a game like Dead and Buried II which is developed by Oculus Studios. You have to randomly spawn into the same instance of the hub world as your friends. It’s incredibly frustrating and time consuming.
Also, party chat needs a way to make it private. Lots of us play online multiplayer games as a way to hang out with friends. If I’m worrying about being constantly interrupted, accidentally letting personal info slip, censoring…

Option to disable the walls of the guardian, as with Rift
It would be great to just have the floor outline of my guardian boundary. The walls are an immersion breaking issue.

Draw in hanging obstacles to guardian (RIP ceiling lamp).
Draw in obstacles using guardian in any xyz plane. So i know where my semi flush pendant lamp is at all times.
Also give option to have drawn in obstaclr always visible and set transparency level from 0 to 100%.
If I spike the lamp one more time my wife is gonna confiscate my quest.

Gallery - Cubemap Support
The gallery needs built-in cubemap support. Just like the 360 Photos app used to on Gear VR.
Cubemaps (& Stereo cubemaps) are one of the industry standards and, whilst not always being easy to edit, have many advantages over spherical mapping types.

Hide Demo's in my app library for games that I own.
Hide Demo's in my app library for games that I own. If I own it let me hit it in my Library in the app and on the Quest so I don't have to look at it.

Enable co-located muiplayer support
Oculus has demonstrated this functionality before at OC5 (https://youtu.be/QJXpHp_iQF4) but I haven't heard anything about it since. As a developer, I'd love to experiment with this functionality. This is one main thing VR has been lacking for years and now we have a headset capable of doing it but no software support.

Companion App: Battery Notification + Refresh
Two things that could make the companion app better:
1) An alert to my phone when the battery is charged to X%
2) The ability to refresh my view of the headset. When I look at the settings of my headset in the current app, I can see the current battery percentage, but if I check again, I have to force-quit the app to see updated information.
