Resize/Move Oculus TV and Oculus Browser Windows
I believe that Oculus TV and the Oculus Browser have a ton of potential as media consumption Apps. The experience is hampered by how static these windows are. It would make a huge difference to be able to resize and move the windows around (look at Virtual Desktop's implementation of this for a good example of how the feature could work).

Easy translation for subtitles by users
Dear Oculus, you can make much more money selling games, but for some reason you don't.
You also restrict the rights of people with disabilities who cannot hear.Oblige game developers:
1) always use subtitles;
2) in all games users should be able to create and easily add subtitles for other languages. It is most important! Now we can easily translate a subtitle file into almost any other language using Google Translate and other programs. Do it and you will make a lot more money in sales.

Interactive Home Environments
I think it would make the entire experience of the Quest so much better if we could move around the home environments and interact with all the objects using realistic objects physics (and yes, the Quest should in theory be able to handle this no problem). Maybe it would be optional, so you could delete it if you need extra space?

More free games.
I have family and they want to try games without moving and I don’t feel like paying 10-20$ for a game I can play once just to show someone the capability of your device. I also want more free games to get novice users started and as is now there isn’t any fun free games or, at the very least more demos. Stereoscopic 3D support in Oculus TV
Some Android apps, like RetroArch, have taken to splitting the screen to display stereoscopic 3D content for Google Cardboard viewers. My idea is that these old Cardboard apps should also work in Oculus TV if Oculus would just add a stereoscopic 3D option.

TikTokI don't understand what the hold up is on creating these apps. These are all major apps that most of your average Americans all have paid subscriptions to, so there has to be a lot of demand for them to be available to use on the Oculus Quest/Rift S headsets.

Native music app for locally stored music files
A simple music player/ streamer. I can play music on my phone while I'm web browsing or looking at photos. It would be good if I could do the same on the Quest. The app could even have a 3D visualisation mode, for when you really want to immerse yourself in the music. I'm picturing a psychedelic nightmare pulsating and transforming in time with the music.

Make the shooting game in First Steps stand alone
Love the high score shooter game, it's simple yet fun.
However, it takes lots of time to get to with the tutorial in the way.

Allow Oculus TV resizing and custom environments.
The old Oculus TV was a much more enticing experience, with a larger screen, and a custom surrounding. Bring it back, or port the features into the new app.

Progressive Web App Support
Adding VR PWA support would be an easy way to increase a ton of apps and future proof the device. Just so they show up in the library so I can access all the WebVR apps I find online without searching for them again and booting them through the browser.
