- Companion App: This category is for feedback relating to the Oculus mobile app, specifically for how the mobile app interacts with the Oculus Quest platform.
- Core Software / Guardian: All Oculus Quest main menu, navigation, Guardian, and settings feedback should be left under this category.
- First Party Apps: This category is for in-VR apps created by Oculus, like Oculus TV.
- General: Use this category for any feedback that doesn’t fit neatly into one of the other more specific categories.
- Store: The place where all VR app purchasing takes place.

Oculus Move IOS/Apple Watch App (Google Fit etc)
It would be amazing if the Oculus Move app could link to the heart rate monitor on my Apple Watch and send data to Apple Health and even then on to other fitness tracking apps such as Strava or Endomondo etc.
Please make it happen!

Don’t allow reviews until the user has played at least an hour and a half
Reviews are garbage. There needs to be more options and restrictions to make them less garbage.
Don’t allow users to post reviews until they’ve played at least an hour and a half of the game. This time restriction would allow people to post reviews and return the game but also give users enough time to judge, at the very least, the initial chapters of the game. It’s not helpful for people to post reviews that say “five stars, I’ll update when I play the game”.

Fully charged (100%) notification option
It would be nice to have an option to receive a push notification when battery is fully charged.

Ability to Cast unknown sources
Casting everything in the headset is crucial for guiding and sharing experiences in VR. Please support casting projects from unknown sources. This is helpful for devs, tinkerers, and folks who want to experiment with VR but aren't ready or don't want to monetize their projects and submit to the Oculus Store.

Remove the Facebook requirements
Your using a great idea into a desperate plan to save a dying platform. Embrace for the future for Christ’s sake, Facebook is dying and that’s okay. By requiring using to use a facebook login your making a sad attempt towards ‘reviving’ it. Additionally, it’s obvious that there’s something going on with the Quest 2, it’s better than the Quest but cost less? And required Facebook login? Facebook has been long suspected of selling information. Why shouldn’t the community suspect that our information is being sold, with a different platform?

Give the ability to name your headset
Will be helpful for organization and casting a headset when you have multiple but don’t know the codes by heart. I’ve provided an image for what it can look like with the rename ability.

When Casting to a phone, let us use the touch screen as a pointer or controller to help the Quest Guest understand
It would be much easier to see and click for the Quest Guest than to try to describe what we want him to do.

Fix the app for IPhone 12 mini.
There is a really weird view on the iPhone 12 mini. Sometimes some menu items are so high up on the screen they disappear behind the notch and menu bar and it won’t let me select them. The bottom menu also runs into the bar at the bottom

Smart TV apps for casting directly to a TV
Currently casting to a TV requires a Chromecast. It would be great if there were Oculus apps for Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, etc to make it easier to cast to a TV

Access photos//videos/screenshots taken on the device from the Oculus mobile app, so we can share those with the apps on our phone
It should be easier to share the screenshots/video captures we take on our device with the apps/services we choose, like Reddit, Twitter, Messages, etc. The Oculus companion app should have a section that shows these captures taken with your device, and allow you to share using your device native Share functionality.
Today I need to send the photo/video to myself using Facebook Messenger, download it to my phone, and then I can share it a different app/service. It's a lot of work when it doesn't have to be.

Minecraft on Quest 2
I would love Minecraft support on the Quest 2. The Rift S currently has Minecraft support and i would love to see this on the Quest 2.

Allow volume to be silent when casting to iOS app
I use casting to monitor what other people are doing in VR, I don't need to hear their audio (they're close enough I can hear the sound from the headset). However on the iOS app you can't turn the sound down to 0; it goes to 1%, but that's as low as you can go.

Sync mobile device to read text messages and reply within the headset.
Having to remove headset to text is annoying. Doing it within the device would be bonkers cool.

Make Discord accessible on the Quest
There isn't really any way to talk to other people/friends while playing games on the Quest unless they have built in voice chat. But even then you have to listen to everybody, not just your friends. Adding discord would be a nice feature to add some time in the future.

Oculus app for iPhone 12 max, nav placement
Mainly the back arrow is too high / left, touch doesn’t always register and takes a few times to hit in the right spot. Bottom nav also looks to be low visually, but no problem registering button presses.

A more user friendly and useful phone app
The phone app is currently 95% storefront and 5% awkward settings app.
It's slow on my brand new smartphone and the functionality is really clunky and unambitious.
I'd like to be able to:
- Change important settings with minimal taps
- Enjoy a rich social experience
- Access my photo and video captures
- Access events information quickly
- Enjoy a 'home' tab that's engaging at a glance and not just duplicating the 'store' tab
- 'Watch later' and 'Play later' features are great, but I have never once seen them mentioned in the headset

Last known battery %
Would you be able to report on the last known battery percentage of the headset on the app? It would be helpful to know whether it needs to be charged even though it’s not powered on. The app currently doesn’t connect when the headset is off so I have to turn it on to check the battery.
