Actually support your products.
One of my Rift controllers is broken through no fault of my own, the battery compartment just doesn't keep a battery connected well and the controller becomes disconnected easily with any movement. It was purchased as the latest version of hardware three years ago. There's currently no way to even purchase a new controller, let alone get a repair or replacement from "support". Best step they have offered is "adding another spring or placing some folded aluminum foil inside and between the contacts to reduce movement." My recommendation to improve the product is to actually support it.
