Increase in customer support speed and effeciency.
i have spent countless hours trying to fix an issue with support for a rift s that i purchased 3 months ago. I was told all the troubleshooting steps and this took hours of back and forth of emails and live chat to be finally told we have a specialist looking into your case wait 5 business days we will get back to you. If any small company would do such a thing the backlash would be insane but bigger companies permit themselves outrageous waiting times to return a product or refund. I was severely unsatisfied with support and i am stiff waiting for this to be resolved. I will be telling people to stay away from this company solely on customer service experience. This was my ticket number #1868909 Look into it freely.

Also add a customer satisfaction center so i don't have to post this here as i was told in live chat that this was the only way to speak about my issue to someone.
