Awesome Idea : Stop hollidays and correct
Since almost 20 days, I had a problem with my headset. When I put it on, it shows a black screen with three small dots in the middle. The controllers are visible at my feet but cannot move. I submitted tickets (#1471157 and #1470074) to support service. I sent multiple logs, I tried ALL steps indicated countless times... nothing worked. For sure, because the cause was the Oculus Software Update, like I said to the support since the beginning.
So I was told that problem was being fixed. But now, 20 days after, the problem is the same, nothing changes. Are all developers on vacation ??? What are you doing ??
Did I pay 450€ to have a decorative object ??? Do you work for Oculus (FB) or in your garage without current ?
Your QUEST update (useless but mandatory for Rift S users) bricks my headset.
I'm not the same in this case, so what are you waiting for ? Can't you fix it ? Can't you update the software with previous working version ? Is it too hard ?
What solution can you bring to people in my case (and for some, for a longer time) ?
