I have already used on my MSI PC exactly the same helmet (same characteristics) in September 2019 at the Planeur training center in Puivert (Aude)
Monday March 2, 2020, I decided to plug in my new helmet, bought a few days ago.
The oculus program asked me for an update which I did immediately.
While everything throughout the configuration seems OK, the screen of the helmet turns on, but turns off definitively after about a minute.
I reinstalled the OCULUS software, changed USB, etc. nothing helps.
The headphones only turn on for a short time, once the USB is disconnected and then reconnected immediately.
I then did the recommended handling on the Oculus website
I also updated the msi vbios.
Finally, again, the screen turns on but remains only for a few moments and then turns off, without moving or changing any parameter or other ...
I was able to have time to define for example the play area .. but then black screen ...
I can assure you and I continue to confirm that for more than a month (September 2019), I had used an identical headset with my computer equipment (the current one). Everything worked well.
