Optical handtracking for Rift S
Please make sure that - alongside Quest - Rift S will also get optical hand tracking. Parity between the headsets should be a high priority. Currently there's no clear commitment either way and Rift S users shouldn't be left out if there's not a serious, technical reason.

Not really the best when it comes to words, but I would love to see the rift s get both Netflix and hand tracking. Kind of confused as to why the quest has Netflix but not hulu and vise versa

I think you shoud definitly add it to the rift s no doubt but if you do for some reason stop adding major apdates and new features to the rift s lower the price to at most 300 maybe 250. If you dont then consumers will stop trusting oculus brand stuff and will worry if they will be left out on the knew headset they got.

Oculus please consider what the fans and consumers are saying we and they would like finger tracking on the S

I want the Quest in link mode to work as a leap motion so I can play more games.

Don't alienate your core audience by putting more energy toward the quest. We work harder to run what you sell. It would be a divisive mistake to no give everyone who paid the same amount, in the same hardware generation, the same features.

I would be pretty shocked if this weren't included. Please, add it, I can't imagine why Quest would have it and not Rift S?

i just got my Rift S as I needed the higher quality (Even with the Link, Rift S is better for Higher Quality.
Now that they did this hand tracking for the Quest, if they dont do it of the Rift, I will never buy Oculus product ever again. Please respect your consumers. -

If done right, the deaf community can use SIGN LANGUAGE inside VR. This opens up a whole new world in terms of communication for the deaf community.

Why would any Rift S be without this feature if it's capable of doing so?
Of course, yes!
