Do something about payment methods
I can't purchase anything because I can't add any payment methods on my Oculus account. I am entering the correct information, but it doesn't work. And adding paypal doesn't work either.

I know this is an old post but I assume that some people might have this problem like I did today when I tried purchasing the Oculus Quest 64gb. I checked my credit card, tried different ones and different devices but it still wouldn't work. However, it got through when I changed my browser to Microsoft Edge. I don't know why only this browser works from the other ones I have like Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox but it worked.

You really need to allow adding an item to the cart BEFORE throwing up a popup about having no payment options in the account stored, and making them come back afterwards to hunt and re-add item. . It feels like a last-minute UI bug fix hacked into the workflow.

Got an Oculus Quest yesterday and I tried adding my paypal account in 4 different browsers and 3 different networks. It never works and I already contacted support yesterday with no response so far.
I contacted support regarding this issue, as I was not able to add a payment method. They told me to try with a different browser. I primarily use Firefox. I tried Chrome and it still didn't work. I then tried Microsoft Edge browser which NO ONE uses, and it worked using that. I said to support they should really get their act together because NO ONE uses that browser.

This is an absolutely ridiculous response. This isn't our problem, it is yours. My card works everywhere else I try to use it. If you have no intention of addressing this issue, I have no intention of spending money in the oculus store.
