Get a Quality Assurance Department
You guys have kept slipping further and further up on my list, well you hit the top now(You were second, but Apple kept being so , then I sold off everything I owned of theirs, including and entire account of stock.). So here it is, drop your ridiculous idea of HOME IS MANDATORY. Just have a set of drivers for the rift and let the big boys handle the rest(i.e. Valve), I get it you have your store and need to make money so still offer that, but get rid of the VR home that NO ONE asked for. We are RIFT clients, not some person with a phone strapped to our face. WE GAME!!!!!!! Also, offer a refund for a $35 game when a client asks for it (Again Steam does it repeatedly, especially when a DEV doesn't fix an issue that is documented for an unreasonable amount of time. (i.e. Over a year). Again, may have stated this before...... Oh wait, I did, GET A QA DEPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have one, listen to them, or get a new one if you do.
