Adding a games' 'Movement Method' category, to allow Sorting when browsing games.
When browsing all games you can currently sort games by 'popularity, A-Z, Comfort Rating, Release Date, User Rating and Price. Adding a filter that allows you to select your preferred Movement Method will be a great way for users to browse games that prefer certain movement options.
Full Locomotion, Teleport, Wave shooter or Static.
Adding a filter that allows you to select 'Supports Oculus touch' would be useful too please!!!
I hate being interested in a game and having to look through reviews to find out there's no free locomotion!

Agree with the OP, but also sort of agree with the comment below.
Let us sort games by full locomotion, or teleport (I personally for me will never buy a teleport only game).
Letting us provide feedback to the devs separate from the game review would be great.
Example: Virtual Virtual Reality.. Is a 5/5 great game, but teleport is trash (IMO). So how do I rate this game?

I feel your pain. But I believe that users will often simply ignore given information, espesially when it addresses their own inabilities. So I came to another idea right now, let's say as the cream on top of yours: Instead of just giving stars for overall experience, users could review aspects of the game separately (overall, comfort, controls).

Thanks for your comment. Yes! More filter options.
I can see what you're getting at. I'm not asking to segregate games by their movement methods. I'd just like for there to be a clearer way of showing what movement methods are available for that game. Just like how some games 'Supports touch', and/or 'Supports controller.'
Rec Room for example can be under booth 'Smooth locomotion' and 'Teleportation 'now.
I would consider Lone Echo and From Other Suns to be under the full locomotion option. Anything that consists of smooth, unbroken and fluid movement.Maybe have another movement option 'comfort' which can cover games with third person camera, grip to move etc?
I'm tired of users giving games a bad review because they get motion sickness from playing a 'full locomotion' game when their preferred method of movement is teleportation. Especially for great games that rely heavily on user reviews to gain popularity.
Having the movement option details shown clearly will hopefully reduce the bad reviews from 'user movement incompatibility' -

Basically it's not bad to have more information available and as a filter option. But, there are many movement options and combinations, among them "new" movement options (like in Mission:ISS or Lone Echo, by "pulling" your body through zero-g, or like "From Other Suns", where you can optionally move in 3rd person view, and then autmatically change back to 1st person view when movement ends.
All these techniques, combinations, optional settings, and maybe new concepts, don't fit well into predefined selection scheme.
