Integrate smartphones into dash.
I hate having to remove my HMD to check for calls or texts. A virtual big phone with a mirror screen of my phones actual screen would be awesome.

I'd love the ability to connect oculus to our smartphone's to use it from oculus dash. To be able to control that with the keyboard and touchscreen just like with the PC desktop from within Dash!
Also It would be cool to be able to pick up a smartphone physically in oculus home and see my screen on it just like with the TV monitor. being able to control it and call with my headset would be cool too.

I wish this was #1. Crazy this hasn't been added yet considering it's likely one of the largest distractions to make you pull your headset off.

A fairly simple Bluetooth connection to any smartphone since that wouldn't even need an app on the phone would be nice, and would really just be reusing existing technology would be really nice and I know we cant assume everyone has Bluetooth on their PC, but we can assume they have $10 for an adapter.

Just like in the Connect 3 conference where Mark Zuckerberg answered a real call from his wife on a virtual phone, and showed her the view he could see in VR!!

This would be a simple solution of the Rift had built in bluetooth but it doesn't.

C' mon FB. When you hit pause, your game should freeze around you and you should be able to pull out a custom phone, take pics and selfies and post them to facebook. and also operate dash from within that phone, duuh! No brainer. and maybe just maybe, access all your other android apps in game! on that phone!

Try Samsung Sidesync. Shows your phone EXACTLY like it is on desktop in a window. even rotates etc with phone. then pull that window out of desktop!
Virtual phone. Not as good as proper VR phone, but it works right now at zero cost.

If you have a Samsung phone, you can use SideSync to see your phone on your desktop RIGHT NOW!!!! (Phone must be connected via wifi to same network as PC) pull the phone image out of desktop and pin it.
Essentially exactly what you're after :) -

If they could somehow partner with Pushbullet, or provide something similar, I'd be happy.

I think the larger issue here is that there are no simple, clean ways of wirelessly mirroring an Android or iOS device to a Windows computer without jumping through lots of hoops. Most solutions I've seen are "see but don't touch", so there's no interactivity with the phone.
If this wasn't the case, we could simply pull the mirror window out of Dash and that'd be that.
