Add linux support
The only reason i don't use oculus rift more is because of Windows, Windows is not my main OS and so i have it turned off every time.
Please add support for linux. Or at least help openhmd project

Please support Linux. With the steamdeck out. Linux gaming is going to take off and Oculus link should also be on Linux!

Is there any update about linux support?

Please add linux support for the Oculus Rift S. I love the oculus and would love to use it on Linux

I don't want to reboot my pc just to view a panorama or a 3d model in vr so I use it less and less.
If Facebook abandoned the Rift S anyways they could just opensource the drivers.

The OpenHMD project is really not missing much for full CV1 support, come on Oculus, sure you can help them out. And not alienate your FOSS userbase like this.
Really? Still nothing?

unless they add linux support to quest and rift, ill just buy a competitor's thing and suggest it to anyone i meet.

I will soon own a Valve Index because it has Linux support.
I would probably bought a cheaper Occulus if it had official Linux support.
Wanted to buy a Oculus Quest but re-thought about it bc I couldn't hook it up to my pc running Linux Mint, would be awesome for added support

Gaming on Linux is thriving, but it could be even better with Oculus support.
Renaud Lepage commented
As an illustration: I'm pulling the trigger on a VALVe Index because they're the only ones publically stating they support Linux.
Linux support is why I bought a Vive, and later, Index controllers. If you added Linux support for Oculus, I would consider it when I make my next VR purchase.
I don't have a rift but my friend does and he wants to switch to Linux so bad but he doesn't want his rift to collect dust. So please support Linux

Gaming is still the only think keeping my Windows partition alive, and it's such a hassle!
Please, be a front runner when it comes to linux gaming, you'll only attract more buyers and players!
The program for startup programs provided for Windows not work ("Wine" if not false, it was said)?
In addition to this, please give developers the same Oculus SDK tools on Linux as you do on Windows and Mac. Oculus Spatializer/LipSync right now only doesn't work on Linux, and I know a number of games that haven't been ported to Linux for that exact reason.
