In game music and desktop audio slider
While this might be impossible to implement without restructuring integral things on individual apps and games, I would love to have a music slider in dash. Some games have great music, some don't. But sometimes I just want my background music, but I still want the sound effects of the apps..
Right now, I have to find the menu in the app I am running, find the setup item, go to audio options, and pull the music down to zero and back all the way out again, open dash, get to the desktop to start my music player of choice and fiddle with its volumes and the dash volume sliders to get an acceptable mix... That is, if the game in question even allows adjustment of music in the first place.
So my suggestion to streamline this is to add two sound sliders in dash besides the main volume slider.
One is App Music, this one probably needs app devs to tag the channels for interaction. Not quite sure how but I think it can be done. This way we can open dash and just pull the in app music up or down quickly.
The other is Desktop audio level. This to simplify the mixing between the desktop audio and the vr app audio. Maybe a wheel called Desktop Mix?
And as a bonus, I would be great to have simple VU meters for these sliders as well as the microphone... So we can see how loud things get.
