The store in its current form is either redundant or slightly feature poor.
The store space is now a separate one from our home spaces but still accessible there in a menu. Why not keep them more closely linked and at most make the store space a dynamic doorway/portal instead of a fully separate (yet non-interactive) instance. I would prefer everything to be quickly accessible instead of having to go through a loading screen that leads to a redundant and slightly barebones storefront. I would also prefer the behavior in both to be consistent.
So either let us walk/teleport around and interact more in the store, or beef up the store menu in our custom home spaces.

I'm guessing its due to performance for why it's separate. I've clocked the new Home using over 1 GB of ram and 20% of my CPU on a 7700k.
Making the store part of Home would make the "Home" even more resource intensive.

AGREE. No reason why the store needs it's own environment...and why force the user to leave their nice Home space just to browse the store?? Keep us in our Home!

I found going being taken out of my own Home environment just to browse the store was jarring. Why not leave me at Home and display the store there when I want to browse it?

Yap, I don't see why it can't be just a part of Dash like the game library part.
